Project overview

contemporary mixed-use development combining office and residential functions within a unified architectural concept. The design is driven by a modular grid framework, creating a layered composition of volumes that balance transparency and privacy.

The concept highlights flexibility and integration—offices occupy the lower and mid-levels with open, collaborative spaces, while upper terraces transition into residential units with private outdoor areas. The exposed structural grid defines the identity of the building, expressing order, rhythm, and modern urban living while allowing natural light, greenery, and interaction between spaces.
